BCPT grants empower NGOs leading ground-level change to transform communities
With a strong history of impactful grantmaking and over 700 local nonprofit partners, BCPT prioritizes community needs in its grant selection process. We support NGOs driving transformative, ground-level change and create lasting impact.
We support a broad range of causes through BCPT grants and donor-advised funds. BCPT grants focus on children, youth, disability, and the elderly, while donor-advised funds support areas such as education, healthcare, culture, scholarships, and the arts. Each grant follows its own eligibility criteria.
All non-profits with projects in Mumbai are required to complete this form to get empanelled with BCPT.
Grant proposals are accepted year-round, but our grants committee reviews them twice a year, in October and March.
Once due diligence and site visits confirm the NGO's eligibility, a formal MOU will be signed.
Grantees are required to submit a closure report demonstrating the optimal use of the grant and its impact.
Our grantees are our community partners; as Mumbai’s most effective non-profits, they have work on the ground to strengthen communities and make a lasting impact.

Our goal goes beyond providing funding; we aim to build long-term partnerships with NGOs, equipping them with the tools and skills needed to sustain their work. BCPT supports nonprofits through capacity-building workshops and initiatives that strengthen their ability to manage and utilize grants effectively. We prioritize organizations that actively engage in these programs, as they are better positioned to achieve lasting, meaningful impact.
